Kevin McGinnis brings twenty-seven years of experience in the custom homebuilding and remodeling business. To totally encompass his wealth of experience and provide a true one-stop shop service, he holds a Realtor license and plays an active role in land, lot and real estate acquisition for clients, as well as listing and selling their homes.

We build carefully crafted custom homes, renovated homes and spaces that center on the needs and wishes of each client, all while keeping a project timeline that is on track and true to our clients’ vision.
